Single Use Personal License
PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION. BY USING THIS APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, YOU MUST DESTROY ALL COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION.

General
The software, documentation, content, and any data that came with Koryo Solutions ("application"), may be updated or replaced by software updates by Koryo Solutions, whether in the application executable or the surrounding dependencies and assets the application is licensed, not given, to you by koryo.io("Koryo Solutions") for use only under the terms of this License. Koryo Solutions retains ownership of the application itself and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. (b) Koryo Solutions, at his discretion, may make available future software updates for the application. The updates, if any, may not necessarily include all existing software features. The terms of this License will govern any application updates provided by Koryo Solutions that replace and/or supplement the original software product, unless such application update is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern.

Permitted License Uses and Restrictions
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use the application. (b) You may not and you agree not to, or to enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by this License), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the application, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or by licensing terms governing use of open-source components that may be included with the application).

Consent to Use of Data
Diagnostic and Usage Data. If you opt in to diagnostic and usage collection, you agree that Koryo Solutions may collect, maintain, process and use diagnostic, technical, usage and related information, including but not limited to information about your computer, system, application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to the application, and to verify compliance with the terms of this License. Koryo Solutions may use this information, as long as it is collected in a form that does not personally identify you, to provide and improve Koryo Solutions's applications and services. (b) Personal Information. In order for the license utility to identify and issue you a personal license certain personal identifiers must be collected including but not limited to your computer username, Operating System(OS) specifications and Universal Unique Identifiers(UUID) of your computer's hardware components. This data collected will only be used for identification purposes and transmitted through a secure connection to the authentication server. (c) Security of intellectual property. If any violations are detected such as tampering of the application loader or application software Koryo Solutions may collect additional information from your system to identify the violation type and user involved.

Termination
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically or otherwise cease to be effective without notice from Koryo Solutions if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the application. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of this License shall survive any such termination.
Koryo Solutions reserves the right to terminate your account/subscription anytime in specific circumstances and blacklisting your IP Address.

Complete Agreement; Governing Language
This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Koryo Solutions relating to the application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. Any translation of this License is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this License shall govern, to the extent not prohibited by local law in your jurisdiction.

Online Conduct and Cheating
You agree that you will be personally responsible for the use of your Account and for all of the communication and activity on this site and on the Client software that results from use of your Account. Your online conduct and interaction with other subscribers should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. Koryo Solutions may terminate your Account or a particular Subscription for any conduct or activity that Koryo Solutions believes is illegal, constitutes a risk, or which otherwise negatively affects the enjoyment of our software by other Subscribers. You acknowledge that Koryo Solutions is not required to provide you notice before terminating your Subscriptions(s) and/or Account, but it may choose to do so. When cheating in multiplayer games, you choose to voluntarily break your games End User Licence Agreements, we can not be taken responsible if you loose your game account or/and get any damage caused by cheating. Koryo Solutions is not liable for potential claims caused by one of their consumers on intellectual property of third parties. In such events the consumer protects Koryo Solutions for claims from third parties.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We do not issue refunds for digital products/membership once the order is confirmed.
In case of account termination, we do not issue any refund.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving/downloading/using our product(s). -
Third Party Acknowledgements
Portions of the application may utilize or include third party software and other copyrighted material. Acknowledgements, licensing terms and disclaimers for such material are contained in the electronic documentation for the application, and your use of such material is governed by their respective terms.

Payment Disputes
We are always available to give you support and help you with problems.
Opening a PayPal dispute, without a valid reason and/or not contacting us before, will result in your account instant termination.
Terminating your account will result in your payment method being automatically rejected (you'll not be able to gain any membership anymore)

Applicable Law
You agree that this Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of your use of this web site or our products/membership or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws where the headquarters of the owner of this web site is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By registering or using this web site and service you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the county or city where the headquarters of the owner of this web site is located.

Registration for/by companies
By registering or using this website, its product, membership and/or services, you declare to be an individual person and to be not affiliated/associated and/or works and/or owns any of the following companies: Easy Anti Cheat, BattlEye Innovations, Respawn Entertaintment, Valve Corporation, Dream Execution, Papaya Play, Epic Games, GamersClub, ESL, ESEA, FaceIt, CEVO, Archetype Entertaintment, ZenGaming.
If any of those companies is any possible way related to your individual person, you must interrupt any operation (such as registration / use / donating) with this website, breaking this terms of service will encounter in legal actions under the jurisdiction and venue of the county or city where the headquarters of the user and the company to him related. -
Subscription upgrade
Lite subscription cannot be in any case upgraded to Extreme subscription.
You may cancel your current subscription and buy the extreme subscription, if you wish.

Sharing and/or reselling
Sharing and/or reselling your account or any of our software is strictly prohibited.
If caught, your account will be immediately terminated.

Membership modification, suspension or termination
Koryo Solutions reserves all the right to modify, suspend and or terminate its membership at any time.
You agree that you are actually aware of this and you won't open any payment/dispute.

Hardware ID changes and/or reset
Koryo Solutions offers free Hardware ID bound change every 15 days.
You agree to be charged for any additional reset.
If you use an hardware id spoofer, you do it at your own risk, and it won't be an excuse.
